On Friday, March 14, former Central Davidson High School standout Salem Ward’s current college team, the UNC Greensboro Spartans, won 13-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Charleston Southern Buccaneers.

The game took place at CSU Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Buccaneers this season.

The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 15 at 3 p.m. at CSU Softball Complex against Charleston Southern Buccaneers.
