On Sunday, April 6, former Davie County High School standout London Dirks’ current college team, the Charlotte 49ers, won 8-6 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Tulsa Golden Hurricane.

The game took place at Collins Family Softball Complex. This was their third matchup against the Golden Hurricane this season.

The 49ers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 8 at 5 p.m. at Tech Softball Park against Virginia Tech Hokies.
