On Friday, April 18, former Union Grove Christian School standout Katelyn Rackard’s current college team, the Lenoir-Rhyne Bears, won 14-11 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Carson-Newman Eagles.

The game took place at McCrorie Family Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Eagles this season.

The Bears’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 26 at 2 p.m. at McCrorie Family Stadium against Emory & Henry Wasps.
