In a subsequent tweet on May 7, 2025, Budd cited data indicating that “more than 10 percent of women in the U.S. who use mifepristone experience a serious adverse event,” further supporting his call for reevaluation by health authorities.“More than 10 percent of women in the U.S. who use mifepristone experience a serious adverse event.”
