FORSYTH COUNTY: Notice of the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners, Meetings and Briefings for April 2020

Forsyth County issued the following announcement on Apr. 8.

NOTICE OF THE FORSYTH COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS’ MEETINGS AND BRIEFINGS FOR APRIL 2020

NOTICE is hereby given that the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners’ Meeting and Briefing Sessions scheduled for the month of April at 2:00 p.m. in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room on the fifth floor of the Forsyth County Government Center, 201 North Chestnut Street, Winston-Salem, N.C., will be conducted remotely, as allowed by the Board’s Remote Participation Policy during this state of emergency.

There will be no meeting place where members of the public can be physically present. The Meeting and Briefing Sessions will be broadcast live at 2:00 p.m. on local cable channel WSTV 13-The Government Channel, http://winston-salem.granicus.com/MediaPlayer.php?publish_id=29 and https://vimeo.com/forsythcountync.

The April 16, 2020 Meeting will include a public session during which members of the public may speak. If you wish to speak, please call 336-422-1200 at 1:45 p.m on the day of the meeting. You will be placed on hold, and you will be recognized to speak during the public session in the order your call was received.

A copy of this notice shall be posted on the bulletin boards located outside the Commissioners’ Meeting Room on the fifth floor and also in the lobby on the first floor of the Forsyth County Government Center. A copy of the notice shall be sent to all who receive notification of any changes in the Commissioners’ regular meeting schedule.
