Town of Rural Hall issued the following announcement on Apr. 23.
The Town recently advertised free leaf mulch to be delivered on a first-come, first-serve basis, with Town residents being served first. We have had an abundance of mulch requests this year and are no longer accepting mulch requests. Our Public Works Department has delivered all of the leaf mulch we had available.
The Yard Waste Facility annually has free leaf mulch available in the spring to Forsyth County residents. They are located at 180 Northstar Drive. They have postponed their distribution of free leaf mulch, but they plan to reschedule the dates. You can contact CityLink at 336-727-8000 for more information.
