Davie County issued the following announcement on Aug. 20.
In Davie County, there are 347 Active Cases of COVID-19, eight of which are currently hospitalized. Sadly, we have three additional deaths this week. Overall, there have been 4,874 lab-confirmed cases of COVID-19. 45% of the county population is fully vaccinated.
In NC, there are 1,144,894 lab-confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 14,059 deaths.
