Town of Mocksville recently issued the following announcement.
A tribute “Tree of Honor” to remember those who serve or have served to protect our freedom will be located at Town Hall.
For each $1 contribution, a United States flag will represent a designated service person.
Our goal is to have the entire tree filled with flags!
Tax deductible contributions should be made payable to Historic Davie, Inc.
These contributions will be presented to Davie County Hero’s Fund for local veteran services.
You may download and print the form here, or visit the Davie County Chamber of Commerce or the Mocksville Town Hall. Both will have forms available for a $1 contribution or you may mail the form to:

For names to appear in the Enterprise, forms must be legible and submitted by Wednesday, December 8th.
