February is American Heart Month, a time to recommit to making the diet and lifestyle choices needed to keep your heart healthy and strong. Heart disease is the leading cause of death among adults in the United States.  Cardiovascular disease accounts for approximately 610,000 deaths annually (estimated 1 in 4 deaths) and is the leading cause of mortality in the United States.This February, show your heart some love by getting more active with Raleigh Parks. All levels are welcome to attend classes.Please stay home if you are not feeling well.Spaces are limited. Attendance is first come, first served.
