The Davie County Register of Deeds office recently released its 2022 year end numbers. “At the end of each calendar year, it is important to me that Davie County citizens see the year-end numbers from our office. This department is crucial to Davie County and I strive to be transparent because the Davie County Register of Deeds Office is EVERYONE'S office,” said Kelly Cozart Funderbunk.
ROD 2022 Year End Numbers:
Total Collected (including excise tax) = $1,084,406.00
Total Transactions = 11,619
Land Records Indexed = 7,635
Plats Recorded = 170
Notary Oaths Administered = 186
Certified Vital Records Printed = 3,057
Birth Certificates Entered = 2
Birth Certificates Amended = 1
Death Records Entered = 384
Marriage Licenses Issued = 280
Military Discharges Recorded = 132
E-Recording Average for 2022 = 58%
