Carolina University's men's soccer team achieved another shutout victory, defeating Emory & Henry College 2-0 at Truist Sports Park. This marks the Bruins' second consecutive shutout win.

The game's first goal came with ten minutes remaining in the first half when junior Zaid Santo scored, assisted by Nathan Rue. In the second half, the Bruins maintained their strong performance. The team's defense limited the Wasps to only two shots on goal, with goalkeeper Joshua Wilson achieving a shutout with just one save.

Senior Nathan Rue scored the Bruins' second goal following a yellow card received by the Wasps. Rue capitalized on this opportunity to secure the final goal of the match and contributed to the Bruins' undefeated 3-0 record.

The Bruins are scheduled to play again at home against Southern Wesleyan University on Tuesday, September 3rd, at 7:00 PM.
