Women's Basketball Team Advances to NCCAA National Championship

Winona Lake, IN - The Carolina University Women's Basketball team has secured a spot in the NCCAA National Championship game after defeating Alice Lloyd College. The Lady Bruins emerged victorious with an 80-68 win over the Eagles.

The match started evenly, with both teams ending the first quarter tied at 13-13. The Bruins maintained their lead throughout the rest of the game, relying on strategic plays and solid defense to keep their opponents at bay.

Historically, the Bruins have struggled against the Eagles, but this time they managed to overcome their rivals. "I'm so proud of these young girls and how they are playing together as a team," said Coach Hawkins. "We are so thankful for God's grace and mercy. We have to continue to build off of this and keep getting better as a team."

The championship game is scheduled for Saturday, March 23, at 5:00 PM. Fans can support the Lady Bruins by watching live broadcasts and following live stats online.
