Carolina University women dominate Mid-Atlantic Christian University with strong performance

Carolina University's women's basketball team delivered a commanding performance against Mid-Atlantic Christian University on December 1 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The Lady Bruins secured a decisive victory with a score of 115-32, starting the game with a 27-0 lead in the first half.

The team's offensive efforts were highlighted by five players scoring in double figures. Shamya Loman led the team both in points and rebounds with 20 and 9 respectively. She was supported by teammates Bianca Gonzalez who scored 14 points, Keyani Jackson with 15, Azaria Landry contributing 13, and C'khia Beasley adding 10 points to the scoreboard.

DenAsia Mitchell and Beyonce Jones narrowly missed achieving double-doubles, each recording nine points and eight assists. The Bruins showcased their shooting skills by making 16 out of 43 attempts from three-point range, achieving a percentage of 37.2% from beyond the arc.

Looking ahead, the Bruins will host Toccoa Falls College at Williams Gymnasium on Thursday, December 7 at 5:00 pm. Fans can attend in person or follow the game via live stats or streaming at cubruins.com.
