Carolina University's women's volleyball team achieved success in a tri-match held at Ferrum College, Virginia. The Bruins faced Winston-Salem State University and Ferrum College, securing victories in both matches.
The first match against Winston-Salem State University ended with a 3-1 win for the Bruins. Kamra King played a significant role, contributing 13 kills, 19 digs, 17 assists, and three aces.
In their second encounter of the day, Carolina University defeated Ferrum College with another 3-1 scoreline. Desirae Pisano led defensively with 20 kills, while SarahElizabeth Samuels contributed offensively with 14 kills. Kamra King continued her strong performance by adding eight kills, 18 assists, two aces, three blocks, and 19 digs.
The Bruins are scheduled to play next at Johnson & Wales University on Tuesday, October 10.
