On Tuesday, January 14, 2025, Thomasville City Schools (TCS) will operate on a three-hour delay. Although many local roads have been cleared, some shaded and patchy areas remain that could complicate travel early in the morning. As a result, all students and staff are advised to report three hours later than usual.

The announcement emphasizes safety for both students and staff as they navigate potentially hazardous conditions.

"El martes 14 de enero de 2025, las Escuelas de la Ciudad de Thomasville (TCS) abrirán 3 horas más tarde," reads the Spanish version of the notice. It further explains that despite improvements in road conditions, certain areas may still pose challenges for morning travel.

The school district encourages everyone to stay safe during this period of delayed opening.
