On Wednesday, March 19, former Union Grove Christian School standout Luke Weldon’s current college team, the Southern Wesleyan Warriors, lost 13-3 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Young Harris Mountain Lions.

The game took place at Dr. C Keith Connor Field. This was their first matchup against the Mountain Lions this season.

The Warriors’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 21 at 6 p.m. at Sparrow Stadium against Francis Marion Patriots.
