The Carolina University Women's Soccer team faced off against the Shaw University Bears on Saturday in a home match. Despite a spirited effort throughout the 90 minutes, the Bruins fell 1-4 to the Bears.
Destini Wilson scored the Bruins' lone goal of the game, while goalkeeper Kloe Totel recorded three saves.
The Bruins will look to rebound in their next match on Monday, September 9th, at 3:30 PM, against Spartanburg Methodist College.
