The Carolina University Women's Soccer team faced Spartanburg Methodist College last night in Spartanburg, NC. Despite a strong effort, the Bruins were defeated with a final score of 2-4.
In the first half, the Pioneers scored twice. The Bruins responded in the second half with goals from Natalie Puskar and Morgan Meyers, leveling the score at 2-2. However, Spartanburg Methodist added two more goals before the game concluded.
The Bruins will play again on Thursday, September 12, at 6:00 PM on their home field.
