Last Saturday, Carolina University faced Bluefield State University in a match that ended in a 1-1 draw.
The Lady Bruins played a strong defensive first half, keeping Bluefield from scoring. The Danes found the net in the second half, taking a 1-0 lead. However, the Bruins quickly regrouped, and with just minutes remaining, Destini Wilson scored the equalizer, assisted by Ashley Sanchez. The match ended without any further goals as time wound down.
The Bruins are set to return to action this Wednesday, September 25th, at Emory and Henry, with kickoff at 6:00 PM.
