Carolina University Men's Soccer team has announced its schedule for the 2024 season. The Bruins, who had a successful run last year with a 15-2-3 record and a strong performance in the nationals, are set to compete under the guidance of Head Coach Craig Golding and Assistant Coach Tanner Theriot.

Key players returning this season include goalkeeper William Cothill, entering his third year after starting 16 games and making 74 saves in the previous season. Another significant return is striker Luke Spillane-Davis, recognized as the NCCAA South-Region Player of the Year, having scored 15 goals in 36 games during the 2023 season. These seasoned players will be joined by a large group of recruits, adding depth and experience to the squad.

"We are always excited for the competition and the challenges," says Golding. "We are ready for a challenging schedule this year and excited to see how the spring season pays off."

The team's first match is scheduled at home against Truett McConnell on August 24th at Truist Sports Park, beginning at 7 pm.
