Carolina University Baseball wins two out of three against Mid-Atlantic Christian

Carolina University Baseball team hosted Mid-Atlantic Christian University over the weekend in Mocksville, North Carolina. The Bruins entered the series with a record of 5-3, while their opponents stood at 4-8.

The opening game on Friday night was a high-scoring affair, ending narrowly at 18-19. This set the stage for Saturday's doubleheader where the Bruins demonstrated their capabilities. The first match on Saturday concluded with a score of 4-3, and they secured victory in the second game with a final score of 6-2.

In Game 1, Alejandro Rodriguez contributed significantly to the Bruins' efforts with four RBIs. Tanner Bray and Bryan Deegan each added three RBIs. The team also managed to hit three home runs during this game.

During Game 2, Cade Fletcher recorded nine putouts (POs) for the Bruins. Julius Torres and Avery Adams supported him by adding three POs each.

Game 3 saw Tanner Bray achieving nine POs alongside Danny Gonzales who had four.
