On April 4, Carolina University played against Life University, succumbing to a 4-set defeat. The scores were 25-14, 25-27, 25-17, and 25-13 in favor of Life University. In the subsequent match on April 5, Carolina University went against Talladega College, who won with set scores of 25-18, 22-25, 25-18, and 25-15. Carolina fought back to level the score in the second set, yet Talladega College secured the overall match victory.
