City of High Point issued the following announcement on Aug. 21.
Officers responded to 1121 Campbell St in reference to a reported shots fired. When Officers arrived they located a male victim (Eleuterio Ensaldo Gallardo DOB: 02/20/1968)
deceased having been shot multiple times. The High Point Police Department has launched a homicide investigation. Circumstances and suspects are still being developed and
HPPD is requesting that anyone with information regarding this incident please contact Crime Stoppers of High Point. The High Point Police Department remains committed to
crime-fighting, community engagement, training, and professional policing. We will continue to collaborate with our community members and crime-fighting partners to promote a
